We are unable to accept returns on coffee given it’s perishable nature. We do, however, want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have issues with your coffee please feel free to contact us and we will work to resolve your problem.
We are unable to accept returns on used merchandise however, we will happily echange defective items. All exchanges and returns on non-coffee items must be done within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us for more info.
Ordering and Roasting Schedules
Our roasterie is open Monday through Friday 9-5. We roast to order to ensure you get the freshest coffee possible. Orders may take up to two business days to ship. Please keep in mind that if you order after business hours on Friday through Sunday, your order will be processed the following Monday.
