Brazil Fazenda California ABS Cold Soul
This coffee was produced by the Rodrigues husband and wife team, in cooperation with world famous coffee farmer Aida Batlle. Aida advises farms all around central and South America to help farmers make their coffee stand out.
This Fazenda California coffee was produced using the "Cold Soul" process; in which fresh coffee cherries are left to soak in cold water for 36 hours. They are then left to slow dry in African beds for 18 days.
Tasting notes: A pleasantly floral and full-bodied cup; brimming with creamy milk chocolate, honey and pecan.
