This coffee was produced by the Rodriguez family, husband and wife team, in cooperation with world famous coffee farmer Aida Batlle. Aida advises farms all around central and South America to help farmers make their coffee stand out like she has. Fazenda California was produced using a yeast fermentation process, which gives the farmers more control over the beans fermentation and in conjunction more control over the final product, which is a sweet, clean and fruity cup with notes of sweet meyer lemon, tamarind and jackfruit with floral chamomile.
