Honduras Finca Kimy
This is our fourth year working with direct trade producer Bryan Orellana. In order to influence the flavors of the final cup, Bryan’s farms are populated with tall shade and flowering fruit trees which allow the local bees to cross pollinate with the coffee plants. These farming practices, along with the high altitude create a very unique and enjoyable cup.
This coffee is fondly named after Bryan Orellana's daughter Kimberly (Kimy) who, from time to time, assists as a barista at the Coffee Labs Coffee Shop in Tarrytown, NY.
