Burundi Mikuba Washed Processed 2026

Mikuba Hill is flanked by the deep Ruvubu river and is a stone’s throw away from Heza Washing Station, built by Long Miles Coffee in 2014. Canopies of banana trees are planted alongside coffee, creating a cooler environment for the coffee to grow in.

The remote Heza Washing Station, built by Long Miles Coffee in 2014, is home to Burundi’s first washed processed coffees. Kayanza Province has exceptionally high altitude, moderate climate, and close proximity to Burundi’s only indigenous rainforest, guaranteeing unique and exquisite notes in every cup.
